- Irene Jepkemei Chirchir is a nurse specialist in maternal and newborn health with over 20 years of experience in clinical practice and nursing leadership. She has a strong background in maternity care, with a focus on safe delivery practices and neonatal health outcomes. She currently serves as a lecturer at Mama Ngina University College, where she teaches maternal and newborn health and mentors future healthcare providers. Her professional interests include: improving the quality of maternal healthcare services and promoting evidence-based interventions in the management of preterm birth.
